Sound healing uses instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs to create vibrations that support relaxation and release. These sessions can help clear stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and promote a meditative state of ease.

This session blends Reiki and sound healing for a holistic experience. The combination of energy work and sound vibrations creates a supportive environment for emotional release, deep rest, and inner alignment.

Gentle Reiki and sound therapy tailored for pregnancy and postpartum support. This is a great service for queer and trans pregnant bodies that are seeking an inclusive space to work through identity and body connection through all stages of family planning and creation. These sessions focus on grounding, relaxation, and helping parents connect with their bodies and babies in a supportive, nurturing way.

These sessions offer Reiki and sound healing for both parent and child. They are designed to support regulation, reduce stress, and strengthen the parent-child bond through shared calming practices with a compassionate flow of connection. 

This session is intended for co-regulation and connection between partners. This is a beautiful way to come together both in body and spirit.
